Healthy Mind provides wellness tools such as breathwork guides, stretches, motivation audio, and calming sound tracks.
Healthy Mind does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any wellness practice, especially if you have medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
The App is not a substitute for professional mental health services.
Use of the App is voluntary and at your own discretion.
3. Accounts and User Information
3.1 Accuracy
If the App requires you to provide information (e.g., email for support or account creation), you agree that it is accurate and up to date.
3.2 Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device, login information (if applicable), and activity within the App.
4. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)

Fees will be charged through our website or a third-party payment processor. Payment information is handled securely by the payment provider and is not stored directly by Healthy Mind App.

Healthy Mind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Healthy Mind’s total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the Service in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Healthy Mind harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
